Key responsibility:

• Check user manuals for consumer products, mainly for European/US markets
• Ensure legal compliance as well as compliance with internal and customer-specific guidelines
• Usability test and proofreading
• Maintain and enhance guidelines and checklists
• Provide feedback to technical editors
• Report problems or concerns to senior management

Requirement:

• University degree in Technical Writing/Documentation/Communication, Quality Management or related fields
• 2-3 years experience as a quality inspector for user manuals or as a technical editor
• Excellent English writing skills are imperative
• Experience with European and American standards and regulations (e.g. EN/UL/IEC standards, CE, WEEE, FCC, etc.) preferable but not a must
• Analytical, logical thought process
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure with good coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome for junior positions
