ü  Stock management and analyse of stock rotation

ü  Dealing with local deliveries: optimisation, costs, third parties, truck rental

ü  Taking part of international transport booking (sea or air)

ü  Transport and storage constraints

ü  Setting up existing and new process using NetSuite

Procurement

ü  In charge of local suppliers (around 10), insure a certain level of stock

ü  Occasional benchmark of competitors and new products

ü  Monthly report

Customer Service

ü  Periodically in charge of customer service, receiving orders, invoice

ü  Dealing with customer complaints and providing a suitable answer to each case

Profile

ü  Business School degree in Logistic, Supply Chain or relevant experiences in the field

ü  Pack Office and Excel mandatory  

ü  Knowledge in import, sea or air transport, and food sector is more than welcomed

ü  Excellent analytical skills and organisation

ü  Autonomy and sense of priorities

ü  Written and spoken communication skills are essential in French and English

ü  Customer relationship experienced is preferred

ü  Familiar with NetSuite is a + but not required
