About the CoCoon Foundation
This CoCoon Foundation aims to deliver a t-shaped immersive entrepreneurship education program with breadth and depth of experience for students. This team will connect secondary school students, teachers, principals and partners. Our vision is to impact secondary schools with entrepreneurship as a lifeskill to better equip for next generation careers. A role in this team involves a dynamic work environment, supporting events with loads of creativity and exciting hands-on day-to-day work with local and international entrepreneurs. Our ideal team player will have a genuine passion for education, community building, an understanding and interest in CoCoon’s entrepreneurship mission and the ability to work with our team in a collaborative environment. Assistant Programme Manager

Job description:
- Plan, implement and monitor funded youth programmes to acheve the CoCoon Foundation's goal.
- Design and deliver training activities for youth, and promote entrepreneurial programmes across various platforms of CoCoon.
- Develop and design training materials and guides for youth.
- Maintain a good relationship with the youth leader, school teachers, principals and partners.
- Prepares and manages reports proposals for grants and funding per funder's policies and legal requirements
- Assist in other events as assigned by the supervisor
Job requirements:
- University graduate with 5-8 years' relevant working experience or more
- Preferably in teaching, social work, training and facilitation OR Communications and marketing, Public Relations
- Passion for working with young people with excellent presentation skills
- Interested on entrepreneurship & entrepreneurship mindset education
- A self-motivator and self-learner, able to acquire and build knowledge on the job or through CoCoon's internal resource or market contact and experience
- Proactive, creative, a team player; able to work under pressure
- Fluent in Cantonese and English both written and oral, Mandarin is a plus
