Duties: 

• Provide technical support and answer enquiries from our customers via phone or on-site
• Provide on-site service for equipment repairing and routine preventive maintenance service in Hong Kong
• Liaise and coordinate with our product and service providers
• Report daily maintenance work status and progress to supervisor
• Prepare and regularly update problem solving documents
• Provide admin support for daily routine

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in IT / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year working experience in hardware maintenance on PC / Printer / Scanner
• Customer oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, fast learner and willing to discover new technology
• Willing to take shift duties
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
