To be qualified for the assignment, the candidate should have the following elements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• Candidate with Master Degree / Doctoral Degree will have advantage
• Over 15 years working experience in the Electronic Product Development or ODM business
• Candidates with strong technical or R&D background and working in reputable Electronics or EMS companies are preferred
• Proven track records in leading a team of engineers to develop electronic products from design to production
• Competent in dealing with product design, cost, quality and reliability matters
• Have practical experience of development of Embedded System, Wireless Applications, IoT Technology, Power Electronics, Control System or others
• Good in handling technical problems and managing technical staff 
• Mature, professional and technical with good communication, presentable, analytical, problem solving, project management and business skills
• Able to give recommendations to the management in relation to new technology trends and market situations
• Have strong skills in managing the product development cycle and achieving the business objectives within the time frames
• Good command of language in terms of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Willing to station in or frequent travel to Southern China

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineering Manager.
