Responsibilities:

• Responsible for food and packaging material sourcing and procurement;
• Assist in processing purchase order and follow up with vendors;
• Prepare monthly reports and inventory analysis;
• Conduct vendor evaluation and assessment;
• Assist in other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in purchasing & supply management or related disciplineis preferred;
• 3 years’ above experience in retail / F&B purchasing field,experience in bakery industry would be an advantage;
• Team player, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficient in MS Office application including Excel, powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer
