Job Description
- Deliver quality customer services at the service counters of a Grade A office building located at Kowloon East
- Duties include handling inquiries / complaints and providing courteous services to owners and visitors, etc
- Form 7 or above with at least 2 years’ customer service experience, preferably gained from the fields of hotel or shopping mall management
- Customer service oriented, helpful, independent and with strong initiative
- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential
- Willing to work on shift
