Summary:

We are currently seeking a caliber candidates as a Helpdesk Support  for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the LAN/WAN, Windows and other network connected devices
• Workstation and End User support
• IT Inventory monitoring, tracking and upgrade planning
• Assist supervisor with IT systems and integration projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years working experience in providing IT and systems support & maintenance services
• Must have working experience with Windows Server, AD, DCs, Windows PC and MS office
• Working experience with O365
• Good problem solving mentality and skills
• Experience managing Cisco routers and firewall (ASA), routing protocols and related support diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills and capable of interacting tactfully with people
• Comfortable being the GoTo person for a small dynamic motivated IT team
• Immediate available would be an advantage
