Job Description
Summary:
We are currently seeking a caliber candidates as a Helpdesk Support
for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise
in Hong Kong with a global presence.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the LAN/WAN, Windows and other network connected devices
- Workstation and End User support
- IT Inventory monitoring, tracking and upgrade planning
- Assist supervisor with IT systems and integration projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years working experience in providing IT and systems support & maintenance services
- Must have working experience with Windows Server, AD, DCs, Windows PC and MS office
- Working experience with O365
- Good problem solving mentality and skills
- Experience managing Cisco routers and firewall (ASA), routing protocols and related support diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills and capable of interacting tactfully with people
- Comfortable being the GoTo person for a small dynamic motivated IT team
- Immediate available would be an advantage
