Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for designing, developing and implementing IT & business innovation initiatives that create business values to the Company
• Actively involved in business strategies and operations and be able to diagnose the business issues, define needs & expectation, provide professional advice and recommendations to business units to improve performance, productivity and efficiency
• Prioritize different projects, provide guidance and necessary intervention to ensure rigorous project management and deployment
• Influence and direct Company's infrastructure and applications implementation to ensure  alignment to key business strategies and processes
• Ensure IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, cost efficient that embedded the best practices in the field
• Review and establish IT policies, procedures and standard designs, including enterprise architecture, security, disaster recovery, purchasing, and service provision.
• Manage and build the IT team to enhance employees’ capabilities and commitment

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in information technology or related areas
• Solid leadership experience (15 years+) in scalable corporate IT function, preferably in Retail, Shopping Mall and Real Estate Industry.
• Is well-versed in multiple IT functional areas including IT infrastructure, system implementation, ERP, digital applications, office automation etc.
• Strong project management and business processes re-engineering capabilities
• Stand in the forefront of the technological development and market best practices
• Broad business acumen and be able to work as partner and adviser to business units
• Excellent communication skill & engagement skill to translate business needs into solutions
• Be proactive, positive & assertive
