Responsibilities

• Continuous develop the support and managed service team
• Work as interface among Presales, Postsales and End-User
• Provide tier 3 support to end user
• Maintain an in depth knowledge of current market trends, new technologies and consumer demands

Requirements

• University Graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related
• 5 years or above working experience in System Integrator or with relevant experience of providing product development
• Strong technical background and innovative with strong curious mindsets
• Experience in support team establishment and Support Development life cycle and process essential
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in English an advantage
• Technical knowledge on Virtualization, Server, SAN Storage and Backup Solutions
• Good experience of cloud and IoT technology
  • Storage knowledge on Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM etc.Server knowledge on HPE, Dell/EMC, Lenovo etc.
  • Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix
  • Microsoft: Exchange, O365
  • Backup: EMC, Veeam, Commvault, Veritas
  • DevOps, K8S
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Manager
