• Responsible for the Bamboo Rose System support including but not limited to prepare and circulate regular reports, conduct onboarding training to new joiners, manage ad hoc project related to the Bamboo Rose system enhancement
• Handle general queries related to Bamboo Rose system and provide solutions to end user
• Act as the key member to support the operations of the Shared Service Centre (SSC), including KPI development and tracking, regular report preparation, issue resolution with both internal user and SSC
• Support the implementation of the ad hoc project related to SSC, including but not limited to enhancement of current service scope, or new migration project to SSC

• Bachelor degree in quantitative related subject is preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in related work scope including Business Analyst or Project Analyst  
• Previous experience in contractor management and business process review is preferred    
• Good project management skill and knowledge
• Strong excel skills, including developing and amending complex spreadsheets, reports and presentations utilizing various databases, VBA etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong analytical thinking in identifying trends and transform into insights for management review
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist, Supply Chain Operations
