Our client has requested us to assist in locating an IT Business Analyst in Hong Kong. The candidate should be experienced in business analysis, providing IT services and solutions in the financial services sector, preferably in insurance. 

Job scope:

• Meet and work closely with clients to provide IT solutions that address their business needs
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications accordingly
• Prepare testing conditions and test cases
• Conduct systems testing to ensure required specifications are met 
• Process tracking / monitoring, pre-emptively identify possible deviations in project schedules and formulate contingency plans
• Handle user enquiries and production issues
• Conduct user training, preparation of training materials 
• Overseas business travels may be 

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Business, IT or a related discipline
• Experienced in business analysis in the insurance sector
• Experienced in insurance firms or solution companies with insurance project is definite advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
