Responsibilities:

• Participate to and contribute in relevant Scrum meetings, understand the Product Owner’s needs and work with the team to define the User Stories to be delivered
• Propose solutions and estimate effort required
• Code and build the agreed functions for the User Stories
• Quality Assurance for the User Stories
• Create test plan and document test cases to meet internal standard
• Identify obstacles which might impact the delivery of user stories and provide support to remove them
• Collaborated with BA / developer / tester frequently for quality assurance of deliverables
• Interact with and support enquiries from internal users to continuously improve deliverable quality

Requirements:

• University graduate in Management Information System or Computer Science
• 7 years of development software engineer experience, preferably in financial, pension industry
• Working experience in Crystal Enterprise/Report 10 or above, J2EE, JAVA, .NET (VB/C#), ASP.NET and DBMS (Ref: MS SQL 2008 or above)
• Project experience in 3-tier/Web applications development on Windows Server
• Good problem solving, communication skill and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work in collaborative way and under tight schedule
