Responsibilities:

• Work as global role stationed in HK to support network services in APAC. Provide daily network support covering LAN, WAN, WLAN and security, and resolve support tickets
• Facilitate support by using ServiceNow, Solarwinds, SteelCentral, Cisco Stealthwatch and Prime
• Work as part of a project team to deliver key technologies to the firm
• Work and coordinate with both technical and non-technical staffs within the organization and external vendors

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum CCNP R&S qualification
• At least 7 years hands-on experience in an operational enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge and experience of BGP and EIGRP routing protocol and WAN technologies
• Experience of Cisco security technologies, including ISE, ASA and TrustSec
• Experience of working with Carriers to troubleshoot circuit status and delivery across the Arup WAN
• With experience in following areas:
  • Riverbed Steelheads and Controller
  • Solarwinds NPM
  • Cloud environment connectivity in O365, MSAzure and AWS
  • Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Stealthwatch, Cisco Anyconnect
  • WLC 5508, 2500 and integrated, various AP’s, 802.11ac/802.11ax
  • Management using Prime and LMS
  • Riverbed Steelheads and F5 experience
• With strong skills and knowledge in Cisco network technologies, including:
  • WAN design and operation.  Routing protocols, BGP and EIGRP essential.  ISR and ASR routers.
  • Cisco WLAN design and operation
  • Cisco Identity Service Engine
  • Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance
  • SGT, Cisco TrustSec
  • LAN design and operation
  • Catalyst 3560, 3850, 2960, 4500, 9000 series, Nexus 7k, 5k & 2k

• Working knowledge of Windows, AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SMB
• Ability to work with vendors to troubleshoot problems across hardware, software and supplied services
• Possess strong operational experience, alongside strong design ability
• Good communication and documentation skills
