The incumbent will be responsible for managing the reserving and pricing/product development areas and implementation of regulatory initiatives.

The Job:

• Support the implementation of HKRBC and IFRS17
• Manage the reserving process
• Manage the product development process
• Develop the capability in product pricing and portfolio monitoring
• Engage with key stakeholders in other functions

The Person:

• 7-10 years of actuarial experience
• Fellowship in a recognized international actuarial professional body
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skill and project management skill
• Experience in implementation of IFRS17 for general insurance is a plus.
• Prior team management experience is preferred
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
