• Provide full spectrum of support for underwriting general insurance line of business
• Assist the Senior Manager in monitor the development of renewal business such as delivery of timely new and renewal business quotations and prepare related documentations
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with business partners
• Underwrite new & renewal cases for general insurance products under predefined authority level
• Establish strong relationships with clients, agents and brokers upon the renewal business, discover their needs and react timely
• Preparation of various reports for management review
• Participate in enhancing underwriting guidelines relating to existing line or new line of products

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline
• 3 years working experience with substantial experience in general industry
• Extensive knowledge of relevant market conditions for specific class/portfolio
• Established customer/broker relationships
• Possession of ACII/ ANZIIF or having passed IIQE Paper I & II is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure.
