Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall direction policies and procedures
• Provide advice to business projects
• Research and explore new internal business projects
• Develop and implement performance evaluation system and assessment mechanism
• Conduct and implement benefit distribution mechanism and long-term incentive program
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in management, economics or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Familiar with enterprise business collaborative management system and operation mechanism
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Excellent communication, coordination and writing skills
