Job Description

We are currently helping our Client in searching for the suitably qualified candidate to fill their position of:

Chief Operation Officer

 

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Our Client: One of the leading ICT companies in Hong Kong

Roles:

  • Oversee the group’s Local Corporate and Enterprise business
  • Develop sales strategies to grow existing business and expand current franchise into new territory in line with company strategies
  • Sustain excellent and long-lasting customer relationship with customers
  • Lead sales operation and capability to achieve sales and operation effectiveness
  • Responsible for the commercial success of the market as defined in various KPI including maximizing profit and growth
  • Integrate, innovate and initiative partnership internally across different business to achieve synergy and new areas of business growth
  • Identify new sales opportunity and explore new partnership externally to capture new business opportunities
  • Lead team on efficient and effective sales, costs and profitability review
  • Motivate, constantly review and reshape sales organization if necessary to meet changing business needs
  • Collaborate closely with other function heads to drive aligned company strategies to meet company goals as a whole
  • Develop long term business plans along with CEO

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Finance, Business or Marketing + minimum 15 years’ in senior sales management and leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales management experience in multi-national organizations
  • Experienced in ICT / telecommunication industry and with understanding of the trend and development is preferred
  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close and develop customer-focused, differentiated solutions
  • Able to communicate and influence all levels of the organization
  • P & L management experience. Proficiency in generating meaningful reports on revenue, sales forecasts, customer acquisition and other related KPI.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching performance, goat-setting and team development skills.

 

Remuneration:

Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate + very attractive bonus and other benefits.
