Requirements:

• Min. 8yrs or above exp.in sales & marketing in selling of manufacturing & assembly equipment to Semiconductor Back-end Advanced Packaging industry
• Good leadership skills and mgt.exp.of sales team & also in product development
• Travel to Shenzhen is required

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct and drive the sales & marketing direction for the co.'s represented equipment to related industry
• Develop & Manage a sales team to achieve the sales target in support of company's business objectives
• Manage the customer programs and marketing across the whole China
• Provide and lead the team in collaboration across the organization to support the client’s needs
