Project Management forms a link between Research/Client Servicing, Data Collection and Data Processing. This role provides learning opportunity of using specialist knowledge of fieldwork methodology, quality control and data preparation to advise on the best approach for operation to ensure high quality data is delivered to client.

Job Responsibilities:

• The purpose of this role is in ensuring that project managers are provided with appropriate levels of administrative support to facilitate the timely execution of project services.
• The purpose of this position is to effectively and efficiently perform data checking to ensure quality and accuracy of data and reports
• Day to day involvement with projects from study setup, implementation to complete
• Monitor and execute tasks on time and on budget
• Contributing to an open, friendly and transparent culture and advise with the team
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to handle challenging tasks
• Actively seek learning opportunities, take every opportunity to develop self, through formal and informal training or learning

 Job Requirements:

• University degree holder, fresh graduates are welcomed
• Ability to contribute to more than one project at a time and to multi-task under pressure
• Ability to effectively and efficiently work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate and co-ordinate effectively between external suppliers (local and overseas suppliers) and different internal teams according to the requirements of internal clients to ensure smooth project flow and high quality
• Ability to monitor and control project budgets
• Ability to successfully manage tasks/projects to strict time and quality deadlines and standards
• Effective data checking
• Ability to respond to queries / requests promptly, provide ongoing and accurate feedback
• Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work
• A strong passion in learning, organized and detail oriented with logical mindset
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency level of computer application (Word, Excel)
