Our client is a well-known property developer with a number of commercial portfolios – residential & commercial buildings, and shopping malls across Hong Kong and China. In order to further integrate new digital CRM strategies and other e-services functions, they’re currently looking for an experienced CRM head to plan and lead the integrated database and analytics roadmap, strategy and plans for their group portfolios in Hong Kong and China.     

Job Description

You will be reporting to Head of CRM & Marketing and responsible for the development and implementation of digital CRM and data analytics strategies for their portfolios in China. You will need to deliver the strategic approach in driving effective CRM campaigns to maximize the company revenue, brand awareness and growth, both in Hong Kong & China markets.

Successful applicant

-      Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital, Analytics or relevant discipline

-      10-15 years relevant experience in sizable companies. Experience in leading role and regional role is MUST.

-      Strong commercial sense, quantitative and analytics skills

-      Excellent communication in both written and spoken in English and Chinese

-      Self-motivated, initiative, detail-minded and good team player
