Job nature

• Conduct comprehensive industry research and market news for both IPO and Retainers clients
• Manage various financial communications/investor relations events and ensure a smooth run of events/projects
• Assist in development of various corporate presentations including press release, results announcement, newsletters and other financial communications materials
• Maintain strong relations with media, investors and other third parties 

Job requirements

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Finance, Economics and other business-related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial communications/investor relations, with experience from PR agency will be an added advantage
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Satisfactory Chinese typing speed is a must
• Good knowledge in financial markets and IPO flow
• Initiative, independent, responsible, team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Consultant
