Brand Manager (Regional)

Our Client:

Our client is one of the multi-national pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies with global presence. We are looking for experienced and passionate brand management talent to join the company to expand their consumer healthcare business in HK and other Asia markets.

Job description:  

• Plan and implement marketing strategies including development of business plan for future business growth
• Drive new product launch for portfolio expansion and oversee end to end NPD process
• Lead consumer insight and category research to drive new initiatives
• Collaborate with internal functions and external agencies for overarching brand and marketing programs including ATL, BLT, CRM and digital initiatives.
• Full P & L responsibility

Requirements:

• University graduate or above in Business, Marketing or Science
• At least 6 years’ experience in brand management (FMCG, consumer healthcare) in a multi-national corporate environment
• Proven track record of planning and implementing brand strategies independently
• Analytic, strategic thinking and able to work with various levels of internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
• Good understanding of consumer healthcare and nutrition industry a plus
• Target-oriented and aggressive. Excellent negotiation skill and inter-personal skill

Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate.
