Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- OEM/ODM toys manufacturer
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- Factories : 2 X Dongguan
- Main market : US and European market for international toy brands
- We are looking for COSTING MANAGER – with details as follows :
- Manage Costing Team
- To co-ordinate with various departments on cost analysis and control;
- Report on operation performance and production efficiency;
- To review product costs and sales quotations;
- Report on margins analysis by product and division;
- To monitor cost and inventory level ;
- Generate all related reports and provide effective recommendations to the company;
- To assist in developing and maintaining internal control policies;
- Degree holder in any discipline;
- 10+ years related work experience, 5+ years in managerial level;
- Experience from companies engaged in manufacturing business is preferable;
- Experience in toys manufacturing is highly prefer
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team;
- Highly familiar with all production operations, and to regularly visit factory operations;
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- 3-4 days per week work in Dongguan; 1-2 days work in HK office (less than 183 days in China)
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 18 days
