Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning and Purchase Order management
• Co-ordinate with factories to ensure a smooth production and on-time delivery and other issues reported
  
• Keep closed communicate with merchandisers on order facilitation, shipment scheduling and problem shooting
• Closely communication with merchandisers for order change requests
• Maintain good record of shipping information and production schedules
• Sourcethe new suppliers and work closely for better price, good quality and on-time delivery of materials
• Manage and maintain the materials and suppliers database
• Prepare regular reports and ad hoc reports for management review
• Travel to PRC is required

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in toy field
  
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Mature, detail-oriented, highly flexible, self-motivated and well-organized
• A good team player and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and ERP Systems, Epicor preferred
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight time schedule
• Immediately available is preferred
