Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide sound legal advice/ solutions addressing commercial needs of various business units of our Company;

• Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the business and development of the Company;
• Responsible for the negotiation, review and drafting of a full range of business and legal documents with particular focuses in property and mortgage related matters;
• Liaise with external professionals and follow through litigation cases;
• Work with the senior management to address all aspects of legal related matters as they apply to business and management practices.   

Requirements:

• A qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE with practical experience in property related field;
• Familiar with  conveyancing, company sale and purchase, tenancy and land related litigation;
• Strong business and commercial sense;
• Motivated to take on a senior role with high degree of self-initiation and personal drive;

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese as well as legal drafting skills;
• Mature, enjoy working with people, adaptive to fast-paced organizations.
