Key responsibilities

This position encompasses a variety of tasks and responsibilities including translating, legal research, due diligence and verification work.   Your work will also involve drafting, including assisting in the prospectus drafting.

Job requirements

• Bachelor of Laws
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• 1+ year of corporate/capital markets experience
