Responsibilities:

• To assist Manager to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc
• To handle Landlord/Tenants enquires and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them
• To assist the handover/takeover of premises
• To liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies
• To prepare daily reports and correspondences to facilitate daily operation
• To monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building’s facilities
• To handle procurement
• To assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in property management or related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience in property management
• Experience in managing commercial building is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated with strong leadership skill and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong in report writing
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
