Responsibilities:

• Handle daily email and enquiries
• Summarize enquires and work with other teams for improvement
• Handle Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder is preferred
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in customer service
• Familiar with CS tools like Zendesk will be advantage
• Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to deal with ambiguity and changes
• Be a good team player, meaning to be willing to help teammates and share knowledge with each other and grow as a team
• Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism
• Proficient written and spoken Chinese and English
• Knowledge with digital technologies, mobile, internet, social and game will be a plus
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English
