OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive will support the Account Manager to deliver the sales function of the company across multiple sports and customers located globally to ensure efficient and sustained revenue and profit growth is delivered.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support

• Prepare seasonal launches including price lists.
• Consolidate sales orders and pass to production team.
• Input sales orders into the I.T system and support the accountant with accurate customer invoicing.
• Collect sampling requirements and pass to production for processing.
• Manual adjustment of invoices as required.
• Create sales reports as requested by the Account Manager.

Customer Service

• Manage day-to-day customer enquiries and direct to the relevant department.
• Take charge of the defective product claim process.
• Manage debt collection and customer payment schedules.

Communication

• Facilitate communication with distributors including but not limited to sales order confirmation and payment receivables.
• Maintain internal dashboards for efficient account management.

General

• Ensure the Account Manager is kept informed of industry developments which are relevant to the operation of efficient account management.
• Carry out any further tasks for which your qualifications & experience are suited as directed by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any subject will be accepted.

EXPERIENCE

• 1-year experience in customer service and/or account management within a wholesale business or trading company.

• Ability to adapt your communication across different cultures.
• Flexibility to execute different tasks as directed by the company based on your qualifications & experience.
• Excellent team player with ability to meet pressured timelines.
• Proactive in seeking solutions to challenges faced by customers.
• Good negotiation skills to ensure win-win scenarios are achieved.
• Speak English and Mandarin fluently on the phone directly with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and Chinese word processing.
