■Position:Client Services Representative
 
■Duties:

 • Act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors and provide a professional and friendly Front Desk and Secretarial support

• Handle all incoming calls

• Support clients' needs on meeting room preparation and reservation; ensure offices is ready before clients move-in

• Providing support to clients include handling incoming correspondences and arrange courier and other general administration/secretarial duties

• Manage tidiness of the Business Centre, include Pantry, Business Lounge, Meeting Rooms, and Reception Areas to ensure they are presented at a 5-star standard

• Assist other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 years Front Desk experience or Customer Service role in hospitality or servicing industry is preferred

• Good command of interpersonal and communication skills, previous experience in hospitality or other serviced office provider is highly desirable.

• Detail oriented and self-starter character

• Strong on Mac OS and Office applications (Excel; Words; Powerpoint) and knowledge in PABX switchboard / IP Phone operations

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Fluent in Putonghua and knowledge of Japanese is an advantage

• Formal Dress is required

• Fresh graduates may be considered

• Immediate Availability is required
