Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operations/ Warehouse Team and ensures the team exceeds customers' service standards and expectations
  • Oversee and monitor Daily Operations and ensure stock inventory and ready for business operations timely
  • Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure inventory are timely forecast
  • Responsible for ensuring that all relevant reports are accurately documented daily and accurately on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or relevant disciplines with at least
  • 3 years relevant working experience in Supply Chain Management preferable.
  • Good leadership to lead the team and the projects
  • Analytical, problem solving skills

 

Logistics Manager/ Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily logistics operations to maximize customers’ satisfaction
  • Streamline the logistic and warehouse management flows and processes
  • Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems
  • Be responsible for inventory analysis

 

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistic management
  • at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in using MS Word/Excel
  • Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Candidate with less experience can apply the logistic officer

 

Logistics clerk/Shipping clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers, warehouse team to ensure shipping orders are fulfilled on schedule and prepare reports if necessary
  • Provide good customer service with internal and external parties
  • Data entry, filing and document control
  • Monitor and update shipment order status

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • Independent, hard-working and willing to work overtime, honest
  • Self-motivated, with goods interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
