Job Description

l   Handle full set of inbound and outbound cargo handling procedures and activities 

l   Monitoring the operations team to ensure efficient, smooth and accurate service

l   Coordinating with warehouse for unloading and deconsolidation instructions

l   To lead and facilitate process improvement projects with benefits in cost and efficiency

l   Manage the team in different people aspects including manpower planning, performance review, competency development and disciplinary actions etc

l   Drive the team to achieve KPI target

l   Liaise with different internal departments for transportation arrangement within the organization

l   Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

l   Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Operation Management and related discipline

l   Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years shall as at supervisory level

l   Proficiency in PC Skills, such as excel, word, ppt, WMS, MBW, ect.

l   Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

l   Good in communicating with people at all levels and strong partnership ability with working peers and customers

l   Proven problem solver with positive and self-motivated attitude at all time

l   Immediately available is highly preferred
