Responsibilities:

• Daily order processing
• Daily update customer enquiry file and shipment status record
• Arrange forwarder booking, insurance and quotation from customer request
• Follows-up deliveries and coordinates with logistic companies
• Handle enquiries from customers and logistic companies
• Assist to set up new logistic service for fulfillment orders
• Design new packing material and optimize the material supplies
• Arrange manpower for high-volume shipment period

Requirements:

• 2 years or above related working experience
• Good command of written & spoken English and Putonghua
• Excellent attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills
• Hardworking, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office application such as Word and Excel
• Comfortable to work in a small team & in warehouse environment 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
