Taking in charge of the warehouse operations administration, the incumbent is required to monitor the warehouse operations activities including building management, logistics support and order processing flow. In performing his/her duties, he/she needs to be an initiator and facilitator in coordinating with various parties to smooth the workflow.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Logistics or related discipline
• At least 5 years experience in warehouse operations or logistics support
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel and SAP preferred
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of English & Chinese, Mandarin a plus

Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Warehouse Administration Supervisor.
