Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities
• Plan and schedule all deliveries route to assure high customer satisfaction
• Liaise with local transportation companies to ensure compliance of stringent delivery schedule, high service level, and cost effective operations
• Develop policy and procedure to enhance the department’s operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Evaluate services requirements to maximize utilization of resources
• Evaluate, measure, monitor and report key logistics performance indicators

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Logistics management.
• 3 years’ experience in distribution center operations with ability to manage sizable team of operators. 1 year supervisory experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication and supervisory skills
• Good in MS Word/Excel
• Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
