Job Description:

• 1-3 years experience as a Shipping Clerk 
• Cooperate with colleagues in US and Hong Kong office
• Handle full set of export shipping document
• Arrange booking with shipping carriers and forwarder
• Coordinate delivery related issues between factory, forwarder and customer
• Arrangement the invoice & packing list
• Payment follow up to factory
• Provide office administrative, clerical support
• Daily Courier shipments to China & USA

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years experience 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Chinese typing
• Must be organized, responsible & independent
• Immediately Available preferred
