What are we looking for?

 My client is a Chinese background HK listed company located in Central.

We are looking for caliber with

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years working experience in finance related roles, preferable familiar with Equities;
• Short notice is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin;
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate all stakeholder ;
• High flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks;
• Able and willing to take on more responsibility when required;
• Interested applicants please also attach Chinese CV.

What do you need to do for daily operation?

• Perform support to Executive Assistant or to the CEO directly;
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointment, including booking tickets, restaurants or hotels ;
• Assist Executive Assistant for the group operation ;
• Assist for company annual event, road show, press conference ;
• Support documentation ;
• Execute projects ;
• Follow up and handle the assigned task independently ;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
