Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Personnel Department, including data entry, filing, handling telephone calls and general clerical duties
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
• 3-4 days per week, 6-8 hours per day
  
  

Requirements:

• F. 5 / DSE / Diploma holder or above
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Attentive to details, high accuracy in work, well-organized
• Accurate typing and good PC skills including Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
