Job Duties

• Prepare monthly financial reports, consolidated accounts and analyses for management’s review
• Assist the Company Secretary to prepare interim and annual reports
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and expenditure plan for management’s decision making
• Ensure compliance of applicable accounting standards, rules and regulations
• Ensure internal control procedures are in place and provide advice on improvement
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and other professional parties
• Handle ad hoc assignments
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred

 Requirements

• Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA / ACCA is preferred
• Group consolidation and management reporting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good understanding of accounting standards and HK Listing Rules
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated and teamwork player
• Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Big4 candidates are welcome
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
