Working Location: Kwai Hing

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the on-boarding of new customer accounts and preparing documents (e.g.SOP, project plan)
• Ensure customer project deliverables and timelines
• Prepare vendor seminar materials, deliver end-user and internal trainings
• Document the improvement process across all relevant geographies in the Asia Pacific region
• Coordinate project lead resources across multiple implementations and countries
• Serve as a continuous-improvement resource and champion the transfer of best practices across the region for the Company’s implementations

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Logistics/ business-related discipline or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF)
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics industry experience plus 3 years operations or training experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Sound knowledge of Sea Freight/consolidation
• Strong project management and reporting skills
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• Good operations analysis including time studies, process mapping
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred
• Working knowledge of one or more project management tools (e.g. MS Project, DePICT)
• Strong at MS applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
