C & B Manager (regional)

Our client is one of IT company in the industry. They are looking for strong candidate to join their team expansion

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises
• Assist in annual budgeting exercise
• Manage performance, salary and bonus review cycles
• Validate payroll for Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia & Australia
• Support internal mobility process including U-calculation, housing arrangement & relocation arrangement follow group policy

Requirements:

• Support and drive compensation & benefits projects and initiatives as required
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or other related field
• 6+ years of experience in compensation & benefits position from sizable company environment
• Well command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
