Duties:

• Handle basic bookkeeping
• Handle billing and receipt matters
• Client database maintenance
• Perform credit control and related correspondence
• Provide administrative support to the Department
• Other job related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree with LCCI Intermediate qualification preferred
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in accounting field, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and accounting software
• Knowledge in ViewPoint is an advantage
• Responsible, initiative, hardworking and independent
• Immediate availability is preferred
