• Diagnose faults using test equipments for electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Analyzes problems related to automated production equipment and makes necessary repairs using hand & power tools and precision measuring instruments
• Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment per defined standard procedures
• Set up & adjust production equipment in accordance with production requirements and material variations
• Maintain record of repairs performed during shift & report to manager to enable preparation of shift report
• Maintain work areas & tools in a clean, orderly fashion
• Upholding the quality and standards of the services of the organization
• Completing all tasks assigned by the supervising manager
• Complete post technical, high school or above qualification
• More than 3 years of experience in related environment
• Must be able to read electrical schematics & mechanical blueprints
• Able to work on two-rotating shifts
• Strong working knowledge of industrial electricity, machine controls (PLC), pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies
• Good command and written in English
