Responsible for processing all invoiced received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day management and control of all payment cycle activities including but not limited to checking and reconciling of purchase orders, invoice and statements etc
• Follow up suppliers' query on payment issues
• Fixed Assets management system record keeping
• Assist in regular audits and cash count
• Ad hoc assignment as required

Job Skills required:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience
• Good communication skill and English capability
• Good in the use of MS Excel
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
