Job Duties:

• Input journal entries into Sage system;
• Prepare payment vouchers, arrange payment and record sales proceed;
• Cash Flow Projection;
• Prepare monthly management and financial reports on a timely basis
• Prepare month-end and year-end accounting schedules; and
• Perform ad-hoc projects / assignments as as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or above / HKICPA QP candidate / ACCA finalist;
• Minimum 3 years solid accounting experience (Candidates with less experience will be considered as accounting clerk)
• Proficiency in Excel and familiar with Chinese word processing is an advantage;
• Good command in written & spoken Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Experience in Sage is highly preferred; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Hours:

• Mon-Fri 10:00 - 19:00
• Public Bank Holidays
