Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable activities for various Group companies
• Arrange payment through various means of payment method, e.g. T/T, cheque
• Maintain and reconcile AP and support AP control
• Monitor A/P aging report
•  Follow up on late payments or non-payment of due amounts
•  Prepare daily payments as per payment guideline
• Assist in bank reconciliation
• Support monthly payroll processing and expense claims review and reimbursement
• Handle daily trade and Directors’ bank transactions as relevant
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system
• Conduct daily accounting entries & data input
• Ad hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or currently pursuing professional accountancy degree
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Have knowledge in commodity, trading and shipping field is preferred
• Hands-on experience in Oracle / ERP system is preferred 
• Good in spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS word, excel, outlook and internet banking
• Detail oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• More experience will be considered as Accountant
• Immediate available is highly preferred
