Job scope:

• Overall office support functions which include:
  • Clerical works support to the Hong Kong Office GM
  • Handling documents and maintaining records for daily operational and administrative matters
  • Liaison with external and internal customers whenever necessary
  • Maintaining compliance with company standard operating procedures and programs
  • Maintaining 5S of the office environment
• Book keeping on accounting records
• Liaison with professional parties and government bodies whenever appropriate
• Any other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirement:

• Diploma level or above
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience and a plus if working with a listed company before
• Basic knowledge on accounting and company governance
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• A hands‐on, proactive, well‐organized and detail oriented working character
• Self‐motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadline
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
