Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial accounting function which include financial reporting, annual report, interim report, management accounts, compliance audits, taxation, budgeting and forecast etc

• Provide reports and recommendations to support management decision making

• Involve in the development and enhancements of group finance and internal control policies

• Participate in ad-hoc projects for strategic business development.

• Participate, review and implement continuous improvement on accounting procedures and systems

• With experience to prepare the consolidate financial statements is preferable

• Perform ad-hoc assignment when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

• Professional qualification in ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience

• At least 5 years’ audit experience

• Self-initiative, independent, able to work under multi-tasking and meet tight deadlines

• Proficient in MS office, experience in SAP is definitely advantage

• Good knowledge in Companies Ordinance, HK Listing Rules, taxation requirements and other statutory/regulatory requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferable
