Job Descriptions:

• Assist Manager in prepare reports, contracts and preform general administration duties of buyer department;
• Coordinate with Japan team to collect update information and follow up orders.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Translation or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experience, preferably in translation/ coordination / administration
• Excellent in spoken and written Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Level Test N1)
• Strong command of both written and spoken Japanese, English and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
